Anil Kesani MD is a fellowship trained and board certified spine doctor. He practices at SpineMD in North Richland Hills. After completing his orthopedic surgery residency; Dr. Kesani undertook additional training in spine surgery by completing a combined orthopedic and neurosurgery spine fellowship. Dr. Anil Kesani has trained in multiple countries including the United States, England in the United Kingdom as well as in Canada.  Dr. Kesani brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the Dallas Fort Worth area to deliver truly world class care to his patients with spinal problems.  

A recognized leader in the field, he has authored multiple scientific research articles that have helped advance spine care.  Dr. Anil Kesani has published in leading spine and orthopedic journals such as Spine, Journal of Bone and Joint diseases (JBJS) and Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research.  Furthermore, Dr Anil Kesani has authored a book chapter in Spinal Cord Medicine – Principles and Practice.  He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. 

Dr. Kesani is extensively trained and experienced in the latest nonsurgical and surgical treatments for cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine problems. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, motion preserving procedures such as disc replacement, stem cell treatments, spinal injections and complex and revision spine surgery.
